If you wear a continuous glucose monitor (CGM), NouriLoop turns those readings into a clear picture of how
each meal affected your blood sugar. These are educational wellness signals, not medical measurements.
Getting your glucose in
Wear a Lingo or Stelo? Follow the step-by-step guide:
Connect Your Lingo or Stelo. Import your
glucose at full resolution — the per-reading feed (a sensor like Lingo samples roughly every
5 minutes). A once-a-day summary won't work, because the curves need the minute-by-minute data.
What you get
Per-meal response curve — open any meal to see its blood-sugar rise, peak, and return
to baseline, plus how the actual response compares to what the meal's nutrition predicted.
Cross-meal rankings — the Glucose Insights page ranks your meals: biggest
rises, gentlest, and the ones that spiked you more than expected.
Paid plans also include the AI Pattern Coach, which reads your own
responses across meals and writes a personal summary of what's driving your numbers.
We use Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel to see how people find and use NouriLoop. Their cookies stay off unless you accept, and your meals and health data never go to them. See our Terms.
